All orders depend on stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, a stock discrepancy may occur. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you immediately. You can then choose to wait for a restock or receive a full refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Our system calculates shipping costs during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. You pay for shipping at the time of purchase. This price is the final cost for delivery to the customer.

3. Returns and Warranty

Otanadze Design happily honors valid warranty claims if you submit them within 20 days of receiving your items. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse these costs once we confirm the warranty claim. After confirmation, you can choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method.

  • A refund in store credit.

  • A replacement item (if stock is available).

4. Delivery Terms

  • Domestic Transit: In general, domestic shipments in Georgia take 2 to 7 business days.

  • International Transit: Orders shipped internationally usually take 8 to 22 business days. This timeframe varies depending on the courier you select at checkout.

  • Dispatch Time: We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment.

5. Tracking Notifications

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged during transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible. Then, get in touch with our customer service. If the courier delivered the parcel without you being present, please contact us for the next steps.
